1- PRICE
1.1 The prices mentioned on our website are listed in Euros, all tax included, except delivery charges which are added during the ordering process and before the payment.
1.2 For international orders outside DOM TOM and the EEC, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. L’AFFICHE MODERNE is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred upon delivery of the item, including amounts charged by Customs or a native courier. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
1.3 All orders no matter their final destination are billed and payable in Euros only.
1.4 The products remain the property of L’AFFICHE MODERNE until the complete payment of the order.
1.5 The prices applicable to an order are those mentioned on the date that L’AFFICHE MODERNE receives the order. L’AFFICHE MODERNE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

2- ORDER
2.1 Placing an order for L’AFFICHE MODERNE’s posters denotes the acceptance of the existing conditions of sale. The customer cannot modify these on the order form in any way to the contrary.
2.2 By sending the order form, the customer is placing a definitive order with the company L’AFFICHE MODERNE. Any modifications require a new order to be made by the customer.
2.3 L’AFFICHE MODERNE reserves the right to cancel or reject any order of a customer with whom there would be some litigation concerning the payment of a former order.
2.4 L’AFFICHE MODERNE is committed to sending the customer an email confirming all the elements of the order, before dispatching the posters. The customer is thus required to supply a valid email address on subscribing.
2.5 L’AFFICHE MODERNE cannot be held responsible for an unfulfilled or faulty order in the case of an unforeseen major event or causes of a foreign nature. Regarding commitments that have not been carried out for which L’AFFICHE MODERNE is, the customer cannot claim for damages, which exceed the total amount transferred by the customer in payment of the order in question.

3- CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
3.1 All orders no matter their final destination are billed and payable in Euros only.
3.2 The posters ordered are payable at a sum equivalent to the total cost of the order by credit card only (CB, MasterCard or Visa)
3.3 The website www.laffichemoderne.com is secured by a system characterized by an encryption procedure (SSL).

4- DELIVERY
4.1 The delivery period marked on L’AFFICHE MODERNE’s order form is not binding, and is only given as an indication. Potential delays do not give the customer the right to cancel or refuse an order, or to demand compensation.
4.2 L’AFFICHE MODERNE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to delays that occur on route.
4.3 L’AFFICHE MODERNE is committed to sending the customer another item if the first is damaged upon delivery (visibly deteriorated or open) only if the customer has refused it when given by the delivery professional. The customer must then report to L’AFFICHE MODERNE within 24 hours of receipt and the item returned to L’AFFICHE MODERNE. Another will then be sent without any additional charge to the customer. Should the item be lost during shipping, and proof is given by the delivery service, L’AFFICHE MODERNE is committed to sending another identical item, without any additional charge to the customer.

5- CORRESPONDING ITEMS
5.1 L’AFFICHE MODERNE is committed to refunding or exchanging posters that do not correspond to the order. The claim must be made within 7 working days of the delivery by email at contact@laffichemoderne.com. Any claims made outside of this period cannot be accepted. The posters must be returned to L’AFFICHE MODERNE in the state in which they were received, in their original packaging and within 7 working days after the sending of this email.
5.2 The mailing expenses will be refunded, on the basis of the fee marked on the invoice. Return mailing expenses will also be refunded, if the return is justified by a defective or incorrect poster.
5.3 The posters sold are those shown on the website www.laffichemoderne.com. L’AFFICHE MODERNE cannot be held responsible for minimal differences that might exist due to the reproduction techniques used

6- CANCELLATION PERIOD
6.1 The customer has a period of 7 days upon receipt of the item to cancel an order and send back the poster to L’AFFICHE MODERNE. Customers are asked to ship the returned item back to: L’Affiche Moderne – 265 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin – 75010 Paris, France. Items must not be damaged and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The price of your poster and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return shipping costs being paid by the customer.
6.2 The customer will be refunded by L’AFFICHE MODERNE via check sent to the address used for delivery or to the credit card account number used for the original purchase within 30 days.

8- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 In compliance with articles L 335 – 2 and following articles of the Intellectual Property Code, the customer of a poster is informed that he cannot exploit the work that is printed on the poster he has purchased.
8.2 In accordance with current laws of the Intellectual Property Code and with European guidelines, any partial or total reproduction of the content of a poster by any means on any support (paper, digital) is strictly forbidden.
8.3 It is strictly forbidden to present publicly the content of a poster, either through digital means or via a public exhibition.
8.4 All the texts, commentary, works, illustrations, images and photographs reproduced on the website www.laffichemoderne.com are covered by copyrights and intellectual property rights not only applicable in France but the world over and are owned by L’Affiche Moderne and their authors. Any exploitation requires their authorization.

9- PERSONAL INFORMATION
9.1 Customer information and details are necessary for managing orders and the customer database. In compliance with the provisions of the Law of 6 January 1978 regarding data processing, files and freedoms, modified by the Law of 6 August 2004, customers have access to their personal details and can modify them. To do this, please write to L’Affiche Moderne, 265 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, 75010 Paris, France, mentioning the surname, first name, email, address and if possible the customer reference.
9.2 Depending on the choices made during the creation or consultation of their account, customers are likely to receive offers from L’AFFICHE MODERNE. If they wish, they can stop this at any time, simply by making a request to this effect to L’AFFICHE MODERNE.

10- APPLICABLE RIGHTS AND SETTLEMENT BY COURT ORDER
The existing contract is subject to French law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation of the implementation of the above shall be exclusively dealt with by the PARIS courts.
